Kaylee Hass is starting her career in emergency veterinary medicine through the BluePearl EmERge ER mentorship program in Oklahoma City. Growing up in rural Oklahoma, her passion for animal care led her to pursue advanced degrees in Animal Science and Microbiology before discovering her love for emergency medicine in vet school. Kaylee is excited about the diverse cases and patients she'll encounter in her new role.

After graduating from the University of Arizona College of Veterinary Medicine, Alyssa Rankin is beginning her career as an associate veterinarian at VCA Northwest Animal Hospital. With a background in public health, she’s excited to bridge the gap between animal welfare and public health.

Cierra Smith is starting a 6-month rotating internship at Reid Park Zoo and VCA Civano Animal Hospital & Emergency Center, with plans to pursue a career in zoological medicine. This achievement marks a significant milestone in her life as a first-generation college graduate. Passionate about species diversity, surgery, and education, Cierra is eager to learn from experienced clinicians and make a meaningful impact in veterinary medicine.
